Description

The RDM Texas Focus Index (LONE) is a rule-based index designed to capture the performance of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) with a significant focus on properties located within the state of Texas. Rules 1. Equity REIT Classification: The REIT must be classified as an equity REIT. 2. US Exchange Listing: The REIT must be listed on a major US Exchange and available through Thematic's Index Builder 3. REITs with a higher concentration of their properties within Texas receive higher weighting.
